Overview

The role of Club Ambassador is a specialized role within TouchPoint designed to add the optimal layer of onsite support at the partner hotel’s front line. The role has a direct report to TouchPoint’s Senior Management Team, while day to day reporting to the hotel’s F&B Director or other designated position with the hotel.

The Club Ambassadors primary role is twofold:

1. A priority focus on providing a strong level of P2P member support, presence and engagement - ultimately creating a better onsite experience for members.

2. To ensure the visibility of the membership is maximized to regular hotel guests, and to facilitate the onboarding of new members.

Key Responsibilities and KPIs

* Providing a personalized service for members and their guests.

* Ensuring that each member and their guests’ experience is positive and memorable.

* Working directly with the department heads to ensure timely and appropriate member communications.

* Supporting new member growth through in-venue member on-boarding.

* Cultivating stronger levels of member recognition and to encourage member participation in hotel events and promotions.

* Working closely with the hotel F&B team in all areas of operations to help support the service delivery to members.

* To assist in the planning, execution and hosting of member events at the hotel as required.

* To maintain detailed monthly activity reports on all facets of the role, from member feedback on hotel services through to App platform improvement and how to better support members generally.

* To attend regular hotel F&B meetings as required.

* Monthly salary commensurate with experience.

* Commission linked to new member sign ups.

* 10 Days Annual Leave + Birthday Leave

* All other entitlements in line with Hong Kong labour laws.

Location and Working Hours

* On site at 5 star hotel (HK Ocean Park Marriott Hotel)

* 5 days per week, 12am to 9pm, lunch at Hotel
