About the Role

One of our clients is looking for a driven Digital Product Owner with 3–5 years of experience to help shape and enhance our customer‑facing eCommerce platform. You’ll play a key role in improving user journeys, optimising conversion, and delivering features that elevate the end‑to‑end customer experience. What You’ll Do

• Own and refine the product roadmap for core features

• Translate customer insights, business needs, and analytics into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless, customer‑centric digital experiences.

• Prioritise the product backlog based on impact, feasibility, and data‑driven insights.

• Monitor product performance using analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to drive continuous optimisation.

• Support the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth delivery, testing, and post‑launch evaluation.

• Stay updated on digital best practices and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Executive, or Digital Analyst in eCommerce, digital platforms, or customer‑facing products.

• Experience working in agile environments with cross‑functional teams, familiar with tools e.g. Jira/Confluence

• Solid understanding in product/platform architecture (e.g. API integration), no coding needed

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for creating intuitive, frictionless digital experiences.
