Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct informative and engaging property tours for prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting key features, layout advantages, and neighborhood benefits.
  • Answer client inquiries accurately regarding pricing, financing options, building regulations, and development timelines.
  • Coordinate scheduling of viewings with sales teams, property owners, and clients to ensure seamless tour logistics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, market trends, and local infrastructure developments affecting property value.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to sales and marketing teams to support lead follow-up and service improvement.
Requirements

  • Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for serving diverse clientele.
  • Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or guided tourism is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
  • Valid Hong Kong ID and clean driving record; possession of a private car is beneficial for site visits across districts.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, reliability, and genuine enthusiasm for property and community storytelling.
