Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Greet guests at the hotel parking lot and provide warm welcomes and guidance services with professional etiquette
Assist guests in moving their luggage to a designated location, ensuring the safety of their belongings and providing detailed service
Responsible for providing valet parking services, including receiving car keys, safely driving guest vehicles to designated parking spaces, properly storing car keys and returning them accurately
Record parking information (such as license plate number, parking time, guest room number, etc.), maintain clear and complete record data
Support the front-line team by flexibly assisting the lobby, concierge and transportation services during peak hours or special events
Having 1 to 3 years of customer service or driver-related work experience in hotels, luxury homes, high-end clubs or upscale retail spaces
Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate with guests in Mandarin and English
Can accommodate shift arrangements (working 5 days per week, with daily working hours between 07:00 and 24:30, including Monday to Sunday)
