Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accountant to join our Group Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in general accounting operations including bank reconciliation, payment processing etc.
• Involve in month-end closing activities and prepare various accounting schedules for month-end reports.
• Handle intercompany cross charge such as issuing invoices.
• Provide admin and clerical support to Finance Department.
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Accountancy or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in handling month-end closing preferred.
• Skilled in using accounting software and MS Office applications. Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated, responsible, with strong follow-up skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Experience in handling retail/ wholesale accounting.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Approximately 8-10 days per month, with availability to work during the first two weeks of the month being an advantage.
• 9 working hours per day, including a paid meal break.
