Our client is a premier global technology provider specializing in equipment, systems, and value-added services for the transit and freight rail industries. To support their expanding Customer Services team in Hong Kong, they are looking for a reliable Sales Administrator to join them on a 12-month contract basis. Candidates with immediate availability will be prioritized.

about the job

• Support the sales team and provide comprehensive daily administrative support.

• Maintain sales reports and databases, prepare quotations, and process order acknowledgements.

• Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, contracts, proposals, and related sales documentation.

• Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Support ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Customer Services Director.

skills and experience required

• Diploma holder in any discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years’ relevant experience in sales administration; experience with ERP systems or engineering tenders is a advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a strong sense of responsibility and high attention to detail.

• Able to work at least 3 full days per week.

• Immediate availability or available on short notice is highly preferred.
