Job Responsibilities

• Assist artists with daily itinerary management, including work, rehearsals, promotional activities, etc.

• Responsible for shooting on site and various activities on site Support and coordination work

• Stay in close communication with the production team to ensure artists understand the filming process and progress

• Manage daily supplies, documents, props, and other personal items for artists

• Follow up on brand collaboration projects, promotional schedules, and business invitations

• Act as a photographer and recorder of social media required materials, and assist in basic content organization

• Organize work diaries, expense reimbursement receipts, and related documents for archiving

• Assist in arranging transportation, accommodation and outdoor activities to ensure a smooth trip

• Collaborate with internal operations, administration, planning, etc. departments to push task execution

Work requirements

• Secondary School Diploma or above

• Have good communication skills, be quick to react, and be able to quickly adapt to various situations

• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high accuracy

• Personal traits: solid, detail-oriented, responsible, and professional

• Familiarity with Hong Kong's transportation routes and major landmarks is preferred

• Able to work stably under high pressure, maintaining a professional attitude

• Those with basic photography skills and social media operation experience are preferred

• Prefer candidates who can start immediately

• Need to understand Cantonese, have Mandarin and basic English communication skills

• Must meet Hong Kong's legal work qualifications, including: Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other valid work permit; if visa support is required, the employer may provide it discretionarily
