Customer Service Representative (Part-time)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer reception work, including answering daily calls, handling appointment matters, and ensuring that each customer receives timely and professional services.
At the same time, we need to handle the problems that customers encounter when using the software, provide technical support and guide customers to correctly install related software and applications. In addition, we also need to help customers familiarize themselves with the basic operations of the software, ensure that they can smoothly use the company's products and services.
Work requirements:
2. Enjoy communicating with people, good at expressing yourself, and valuing team spirit.
3. Responsible, able to complete assigned tasks independently and be accountable for the results.
4. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good language expression skills, able to effectively communicate with customers.
5. Have basic computer knowledge and software operation skills, be able to quickly learn and understand the functions and characteristics of the company's products.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer reception work,

4、Guide customers in installing software and apps.
5、Guide clients in software basic operations。
