Job Description

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of insurance clients (private & corporate) and providing personalized service to meet their needs.
• Promote and sell various insurance products, including life, health, eMPF and auto insurance. Private and Corporate Solutions (HK & China)
• Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans to ensure adequate coverage.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews, claims assistance, and renewal management.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
• Career path to get promotion to Manager $25K - $50K /mth

Job Specification

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education and certification in insurance or finance is preferred.
• Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
