Job Description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to promote insurance products market penetration and customer growth.

• Analyze market dynamics and competitive environment, identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales plans in response to market changes.

• Plan and coordinate online and offline promotion activities, including customer lectures, community promotion and digital publicity in diverse forms.

• Regularly collect and analyze sales data, submit performance reports and propose sustainable optimization suggestions.

• Secondary five or above, Chinese, English and mathematics subjects must be passed.

• Have at least three years of sales or marketing-related work experience, those with insurance broker industry background are preferred.

• Have good communication skills and interpersonal network building ability, and be able to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams.

• Familiar with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Have the ability to independently solve problems and innovative thinking, and be able to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
