PART-TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT

Responsible for clinic registration, answering the phone, helping patients understand their situation, and answering patients' questions

Able to understand Chinese, English, and Mandarin

Punctual and polite

Understand Chinese input and understand computers

Clinic experience and understanding of medical cards are preferred

POSITION: PART-TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT

• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling at the clinic
• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to appropriate staff members
• Assist patients with inquiries regarding clinic procedures, services, and general information
• Provide clear explanations to patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate patient records and support daily administrative operations

• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese), English, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Punctual, polite, and possess a friendly attitude towards patients
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and general computer applications (e.g., MS Office, clinic management software)
• Prior experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medical insurance claims processing or medical card handling is an advantage
