<p><strong>Job Description:</strong><br>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Research Assistant to support our database development for a new Smart Charge subscription service. The main responsibility will be to gather and verify information about car parks across Hong Kong.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collect and record basic information on car parks in Hong Kong, such as parking space numbers and car park types (e.g., commercial, residential, shopping mall, etc.)</li><li>Conduct online research and contact building management offices and other relevant parties by phone to verify car park details</li><li>Input accurate and organized data into our internal database</li><li>Assist in maintaining and updating the car park database as required</li><li>Liaise with the team to ensure data consistency and accuracy</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry</li><li>Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently</li><li>Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese an advantage)</li><li>Familiarity with Hong Kong districts and car park locations preferred</li><li>Immediate availability is an advantage</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Nature:</strong></p><ul><li>Part-time and project-based (specific project duration to be discussed)</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul>
