Job Description
Job Requirements
• Secondary school education or above
• Experience in retail or FMCG retail preferred or part time experiences
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proactive, independent, and positive attitude
• Immediate availability preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Assist to manage merchandising and product displays in department stores and supermarkets
• Organize and support promotional events (e.g. book fairs, toy fairs, product demos)
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and visual standards
• Oversee stock replenishment and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Assist to develop and implement merchandising plans to meet sales targets and boost market share
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, product movement, and promotional effectiveness
• Prepare channel sales reports and forecasts
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
