2. Actively communicate with target customers, or communicate or network with potential customers who call or visit you actively, answer various questions about financial investment from customers, and showcase a mature, efficient, professional, and elegant professional image
Keep in contact with target clients in various ways, to solve their concerns on financial service investment products, delivering a mature and professional image.
3. Research and analyze the wealth management needs of institutional clients and high net worth individuals, and propose product design suggestions to the company;
Learn the clients’ wealth management needs. Provide suggestions to company products.
4. Process customer inquiries, suggestions and complaints, maintain customer relationships, and manage customer information;
Deal with clients consulting needs, suggestions and complaints. Keep record of clients profile information and maintain clients relationship.
【Qualifications】
1. Hold a university degree, with financial and management industry background given priority;
University degree. Priority will be given to candidates with financial service, management experience or consulting experience.
2. Familiar with financial industry marketing and management skills, have good coordination and communication skills and good interpersonal relationships;
Be familiar with financial service industry. Skilled at business negotiation and inter personal skills.
3. Priority will be given to those with more than 2 years of high-end industry sales experience (such as high-end English training, high-end property sales, etc.)
Priority will be given to candidates with over 2 years sales experience in high-end industry.
