Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and filing of patent applications and related documents
Handle patent prosecution formalities and deadline monitoring
Prepare reporting letters and updates to clients
Liaise with foreign associates and patent offices
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Requirements
Diploma or degree holder (science/engineering background an advantage)
0–3 years’ relevant experience preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office
