Payroll Assistant Manager - Stable Company
Salary: HK$30,000 – HK$40,000
Location: Tseung Kwan O
Join a large, reputable company with a dynamic team! We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll professional to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full payroll processing cycle for approximately 1,000 headcount (HC).
Handle end-to-end payroll operations, including salary calculations, overtime, leave entitlements, MPF contributions, tax reporting, and final payments.
Utilize Kingdee HR system (Kingdee HR system) for payroll management and reporting.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, remittances, and related documentation.
Provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team.
Support ad-hoc HR/payroll projects and process improvements.
Requirements:
6–8 years of solid payroll experience in a sizable organization (experience handling 500+ headcount preferred).
Prior leading/supervisory experience in payroll or C&B functions is essential.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong payroll regulations, MPF, and statutory requirements.
Hands-on experience with Kingdee HR system (or similar HRIS/payroll platforms) is highly advantageous.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
