Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling monthly payroll for over 1000 employees, including salary calculation, tax deductions, and social insurance, etc. related matters
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of salary data, and effectively communicate and coordinate with relevant departments
• Organize and maintain employee salary files to ensure complete and accurate information that meets company and legal requirements
• Assist in handling salary-related inquiries and support, including inquiries from employees and management
• Assist with annual salary audit or tax declaration work according to need

• Have 1 to 3 years of accounting or payroll-related work experience, with a requirement for actual experience in handling employee payroll matters
• Familiar with the salary calculation process and related labor laws, tax regulations, etc. Candidates with such knowledge are preferred.
• Have good attention to detail and a sense of responsibility, be able to handle large amounts of data and keep work secrets
• Proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word) and payroll management systems is preferred
