Job Duties
Handle full payroll (using Kingdee HR system)Ensure timely and accurate delivery of grain, without any leaksAnswering colleagues' payroll queries (MPF, tax filing, OT pay, etc.)Compliance is followed to the letter, ensuring that labor laws are followedTrain up junior staff，hold them together and do itWork closely with HR & Finance team to optimize processRequirement
At least 8 years of payroll experience (MNC or large company preferred)Diploma or above (HR/Accounting/Business related)Familiar with Kingdee HR system (or other payroll system)Sensitive to numbers, careful, and patientStrong communication skills, fluent in Chinese and EnglishLanguages
