Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Assist in organizing and administrative daily support.
Prepare regular HR reports and maintain up-to-date personnel files and payroll documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR or payroll certification is an advantage.
Possess solid experience in payroll processing within a corporate environment, preferably in the medical beauty or related industry.
Be proficient in using MS Office and HRIS or payroll software; experience with integrated HR systems is highly desirable.
Show excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
