As we embrace the digital transformation of 2026, we are launching an innovative Telecommunications & ISP Resale division, soon to be incorporated as Hong Kong Caretel Limited .

YOUR MISSION: THE GROWTH ARCHITECT We are seeking a local Hong Kong talent to lead our marketing efforts. You will not just manage ads; you will build the engine of our customer acquisition strategy from the ground up.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Moneyball Campaign Management: Design and execute A/B testing frameworks using micro-influencers to identify high-converting marketing messages.

• Subscriber Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of mobile virtual network (MVNO) and home broadband (ISP) subscribers through digital-first channels.

• Platform Localization: Collaborate with the tech team to optimize our CRM-driven comparison platform, ensuring a seamless user journey from discovery to checkout.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements (MNOs/MVNOs) and regulatory changes to maintain our competitive edge in transparency and value.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with our hybrid CS teams in HK and KL to maximize lead-to-subscriber conversion rates and customer lifetime value (LTV).

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, digital performance, or telecommunications sector.

• Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing analytics, Zoho or any CRM tools, and social media platforms. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools is a significant advantage.

• Mindset: Data-driven, proactive, and resilient. You enjoy the challenge of a startup environment backed by established corporate resources.

• Languages: Native fluency in Cantonese and professional proficiency in English. Mandarin is a plus.
