Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute market promotion activities, propose creative ideas and execution plans based on brand personality and target audience
- Conduct film shooting and editing work, produce short audio-visual content suitable for social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist in establishing the setting and worldview of the "digital human" role, including image positioning, tone and style, and content output direction
- Manage digital human character content planning and image maintenance to ensure consistent and attractive performance on different platforms
- Plan and manage the calendar for digital people, coordinate the schedule for content release, activity nodes and cross-departmental collaboration progress
- Track social feedback and data performance, adjust content strategy in time to enhance interaction and exposure
Work requirements
- Have excellent Chinese writing skills, be able to quickly draft and accurately express information, those with news, communication or copywriting related experience are especially good
- Have basic skills in film shooting and editing, be familiar with editing software (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Jianying), and be able to independently complete short video production
- With project management concepts, you can effectively schedule multiple tasks and track the progress and execution quality of digital human content
- Active and proactive, with good communication skills and team spirit, able to smoothly collaborate with design, marketing, technical and other departments
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment, with stress resistance and problem-solving abilities
