Leveraging the network and resources of Poste Italiane, we provide end-to-end cross-border logistics services, including last-mile delivery, Italy dedicated parcel line, European parcel customs clearance, air and sea freight, Europe truck transportation, reverse logistics, FBA return processing, overseas warehousing and other value-added logistics solutions.

Role Positioning

To support business growth, operational optimization and data-driven decision-making, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the managementteam.

This role bridges finance, operations and commercial teams, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights for strategic management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Variance Analysis & Performance

• Conduct variance and root cause analysis against budget, forecast and KPI targets, identifying key drivers such as volume, pricing, cost, mix and efficiency.

• Monitor financial and operational KPIs through dashboards, management reports and performance commentary.

2. Forecasting & Decision Support

• Support budgeting, rolling forecast and financial projection processes, including scenario analysis and trend-based updates.

• Analyze financial and operational data, including P&L, margin, cost breakdown, shipment volume, customer performance and route performance, to support management decision-making.

3. Cross-functional & Deliverables

• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Business Development and IT/Data teams to align data assumptions, improve data quality and identify performance improvement opportunities.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc business performance analysis and executive-level presentation materials for the CEO and senior management team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field;

2. Minimum 5years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, commercial finance or finance business partnering; prior experience in logistics, e-commerce or supply chain industry is an advantage.

3. Good business driver understanding across finance, operations and commercial areas, with value, profitability, pricing and margin orientation.

4. Solid financial analysis capability, including P&L, margin, cost breakdown, variance and driver-based analysis.Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau or other data analytics tools is an advantage.

5. Strong analytical and structured thinking, executive reporting and synthesis capability

6. Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently, with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

7. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

8. Must be Hong Kong Resident.
