Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Benefits Administration

   • Manage end-to-end processes for staff medical and life insurance programs, including claims processing, periodic audits, and annual policy reviews and renewals.

   • Support the enhancement of the overall benefits framework to ensure alignment with employee needs and regulatory compliance.

2. Corporate Culture & Event Management

   • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events, including festive gatherings, award ceremonies, and internal sports tournaments, aimed at boosting employee engagement.

   • Foster team cohesion and a sense of community through well-organized activities.

3. Employee Engagement & CSR Initiatives

   • Champion the company's values by organizing and facilitating volunteer and community outreach programs.

   • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and feedback channels.

4. Flexible Working Arrangements

   • Any work required on public holidays or weekends due to event scheduling will be compensated with corresponding time-off in lieu.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in HR benefits, employee relations, and/or large-scale event management. Experience in a medium to large-sized organization is preferred.

• Proven experience in team coordination or project management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
