Job Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and provide professional facial and body medical beauty treatment services to customers, ensuring treatment quality and customer satisfaction
Explain company products, treatments, services and solutions to customers, and answer their inquiries about treatments
Follow up on customer phone reservation service, maintain good relationships with customers, and enhance their loyalty to our brand.
Keep up with the latest personal care product knowledge and information, participate in internal training
Experience requirements:
Secondary school graduation or above, with one or more years of beauty therapist experience
Have good communication and expression skills, sales awareness, and proactive attitude
Able to speak fluent Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin communication skills
Preference will be given to those with professional beauty diplomas/certificates or relevant qualifications
