<p><strong>JobTitle:ProjectDirector</strong></p><p><strong>Location:HongKong</strong></p><p><strong>Note:Needsomeonewhohaveexperienceinmanaginghyperscaleprojects.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>JobDescription:</strong></p><p>Wearelookingfora<strong>HeadofProjectManagement</strong>fortheprojectdevelopmentsinHongKong,Singapore,China,Indonesia,TaiwanandothercountriesinAPACregion.HewillbeacriticalpartoftheCentralDesign&Buildteam.Thejobholderwillplayanimportantroleinourdatacenterprojects.He/shewillensureallnewdatacenterprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudget,quality,andscope</p><p></p><p><strong>RolesandResponsibilities:</strong></p><p>•Establishprojectobjectives,policies,procedures,andperformancestandardswithinboundariesofcorporatepolicies.Puttheseinclearconciseworkstatementforthefield</p><p>•Negotiateandsupervisethepreparationofallchangeordersontheproject</p><p>•Maintainalllogsrequiredtotracktheprogressoftheproject</p><p>•MaintainliaisonwithprimeclientandA/Etofacilitateconstructionactivities</p><p>•MonitorconstructionactivitiesinconjunctionwiththeonsiteProjectManagerandAreaSuperintendenttoensureprojectisbeingbuiltonschedule,andwithinbudgets</p><p>•Investigateanypotentiallyserioussituationsandimplementcorrectivemeasureswithincompanyguidelines,andundersupervision</p><p>•Representcompany/projectinmeetingswithclient,subcontractors,etc.</p><p>•CreateProjectschedule(MicrosoftProject),andprepare3weekslookaheadscheduleandmonthlyscheduleupdate</p><p>•Managefinancialaspectsofcontracts(progressbilling,rentalequipment,income/expenses)toprotectthecompany'sinterestandsimultaneouslymaintaingoodrelationshipwiththeclient</p><p>•Thedutiesandresponsibilitiesareintendedtodescribethegeneralnatureandscopeofworkbeingperformedbythisposition.Thisisnotacompletelistingandotherdutieswillbeassignedbasedontheposition’srolewithinthebusinessunit.</p><p>•Develophigh-qualityprojectproposalandplanbasedonthebusinessrequirementsandavailableprojectresources.</p><p>•Directandcoordinateactivitiesofprojectpersonneltoensureprojectprogressesonscheduleandwithintheprescribesbudgetofresources.</p><p>•TrackETAdeliveryofequipmentandservicesfromTelco/DataCenters,PublicCloudProvidersandICTPrinciples/Distributors.</p><p>•Provideregularreportsonprojectprogressforstakeholdersandmanagementandupdateschedulesonplanswhenrequired.</p><p>•Serveasanescalationpointforanyserviceimpactedincidentsandhelpwithad-hocrequeststoprovideoptimaluserexperiencetoBU.</p><p>•Communicatewithstakeholderforvendormanagement,maintenanceofdocumentsandtoreportonprojectprogress.</p><p></p><p>EducationandExperience:</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATION</strong></p><p>Bachelor'sDegreeofEngineeringdiscipline/ProjectManagement</p>
