Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for making high-quality handmade pizza (including kneading dough, hand-stretching the crust, and preparing toppings).

• Proficient in operating high-temperature stone ovens or professional Pizza electric ovens, accurately controlling the heat.

• Develop seasonal flavors and ensure food freshness (FIFO principle).

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and ensure equipment is operating normally.

Entry Requirements:

• Have 1 to 2 years or more of pizza-making experience.

• Familiarity with hand-tossed (Hand-tossed) technology is preferred.

• Have a team spirit, and be able to maintain a stable performance in a busy rhythm.

• Good hygiene awareness, those with valid hygiene supervisor certificates are preferred.
