Position name: Financial Planning Consultant

• Based on Manulife's unique 'Close Connection - Tailored Planning - Grow with You' trilogy, we provide professional, objective and goal-oriented financial planning services to help our customers achieve their education, retirement, real estate, family protection and other life stage goals, rather than simply selling products.

• Through in-depth needs analysis and financial situation evaluation, tailor a comprehensive, flexible and sustainable financial planning solution for individual and family customers, covering risk management, savings and investment, retirement preparation and asset inheritance.

• Continuously follow up on customers’ life changes and market environment evolution, regularly review and optimize existing plans, and ensure that the investment strategy remains consistent with the customer’s actual needs and long-term goals.

• Use Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to communicate clearly, sincerely, and empathetically with clients from different backgrounds, building a solid trust relationship; at the same time, collaborate with team resources to provide cross-domain support to customers.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the requirements of the "Top Talent Pass Program (TTPS)"、「Outstanding Talent Program (QMAS)"、「Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)"、「Dependent visa" or other valid Hong Kong work permit.

• Have a secondary school diploma examination (DSE) in five subjects at Level 2 or above (including Chinese language and mathematics), or equivalent academic qualifications (such as secondary school examination E-level or above, associate degree, higher diploma, etc.); no need for relevant industry experience, welcome to career changers and fresh graduates to apply.

• Have good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and be able to switch languages and interact with diverse customers flexibly; have basic numerical sensitivity and logical analysis ability, and be willing to continue learning financial planning knowledge and regulatory updates.

• Honesty and integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and emphasis on long-term reputation and customer well-being; proactive business development awareness, emotional resilience, and independent work ability, able to adapt to flexible contract work arrangements (daily working hours of 4-8 hours, working days can be negotiated).
