Job Description
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operational Management
Direct day-to-day plant activities, prioritizing workplace safety, product excellence, operational throughput, and efficient resource allocation.
Manage and guide manufacturing teams, offering clear direction, mentorship, and ongoing skill enhancement.
Convert company goals into actionable production strategies to ensure capacity preparedness and consistent output.
Partner with engineering, quality control, maintenance, and scheduling departments to guarantee smooth operational flow.
Steel Manufacturing Proficiency
Supervise the complete cycle of steel component production processes.
Guarantee precise configuration, functionality, and maintenance scheduling for manufacturing machinery and tooling.
Direct the movement of materials, equipment utilization, and manufacturing techniques to achieve production targets and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with process engineering and research teams to facilitate the launch of new products and drive ongoing process improvements.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Define key performance indicators for production and assess metrics including output rate, effectiveness, waste levels, equipment stoppages, and workforce efficiency.
Review operational metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement remedial measures.
Compile routine summaries and deliver findings on production metrics to executive leadership.
Safety & Regulatory Adherence
Uphold strict conformity to corporate safety policies, legal mandates, and ecological standards.
Cultivate a robust safety mindset by conducting training sessions, performing inspections, and reinforcing safe work practices on the floor.
Keep documentation current and ensure preparedness for both internal assessments and official audits.
Requirements:
At least a decade of experience in factory or plant management.
Deep knowledge of manufacturing procedures, plant operations, and efficiency enhancement.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing production personnel.
Excellent critical thinking, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
A chance to spearhead significant projects and shape the strategic direction of the facility.
