  • Define project scope, deliverables, detailed project plans, capacity, and resource requirements and budgets; monitor progress.

  • Execute projects according to plan, resolve issues and provide regular status reports to management and sales teams.

  • Track ongoing stock and reordering, report and analyse IPP revenue.

IPP Go-to Person

  • Collaborate with product experts and operations teams to advance IPP solution offerings across product lines.

  • Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding IPP opportunities.

  • Support sales and product experts in qualifying and converting IPP opportunities.

  • Manage IPP project execution, including:

    • Printing capability and capacity planning, preparation of raw materials, consumables, and machines.

    • Supervise engineering and maintenance teams for installation and commissioning of printers and label applicators.

    • Arrange user training for both the online order system and IPP solution operation.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and manage project ROI and budgets; report variances and justify capital expenditures.

  • Work with operations and sourcing to select external vendors, manage contracts, and oversee vendor performance during installation and service.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide regular status updates during projects and deliver post-project handover documentation and training.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging Technology, or related discipline preferred. Relevant technical diplomas with substantial experience are also accepted.

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in printing, labeling, packaging, or industrial manufacturing; experience in IPP is highly preferred.

  • Hands-on familiarity with thermal printing technologies is advantageous.

  • Experience with PLCs, basic automation integration, and vendor equipment commissioning.

  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, GS1/barcode standards, and relevant industry regulations.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve results.

Key Competencies

  • Strong project management skills to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for project delivery and revenue generation.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality standards.

  • Collaboration and leadership abilities.

Working Conditions

  • On-site presence required in production environments; occasional travel to client sites and vendor locations.
