Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Customize and integrate Power Platform applications with various data sources such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and third-party services via connectors and APIs.
- Implement security best practices, manage role-based access, and ensure compliance with organizational governance policies across Power Platform environments.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform performance tuning, and document technical specifications and solution designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience developing and deploying solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PL-900, PL-400).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, Common Data Service (now Dataverse), and integration techniques within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with low-code development practices, workflow automation, and business process modeling using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
