Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Able to perform cadmium plating, chromium plating, copper plating and nickel plating, meeting the requirements of the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) and Rolls-Royce guidelines
Follow the file instructions (such as the Rolls-Royce engine manual, technical drawings, etc.) for surface treatment and process control
Set up and operate electroplating equipment according to established procedures and requirements
Monitor the electroplating process to ensure optimal performance and quality output
Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of electroplating equipment to reduce downtime
Check the finished product to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations
Follow health and safety regulations (such as personal protective equipment, chemical storage)
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related professional diploma or above degree
At least 3 years of experience in electroplating of aircraft engine components/ parts
Good English writing and engineering analysis skills
Shift work is required
