About the role

We are seeking a clercial officer to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui. This part-time position will play a supporting role in providing high-quality accounting and auditing services to our diverse client base. We offers the opportunity for you to contribute to the success of a respected professional services firm.

What you'll be doing

• Handle administrative duties (e.g. data entry, filing, maintain document accuracy)
• Assist in client's communication
• Local travel will be required (e.g. go to IRD)
• Perform ad-hoc projects as per request

What we're looking for

• Fluency in Cantonese and proficiency in reading Chinese and English
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to details, team-player, good attitude and able to work independently
• Sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
• Experience of working in a CPA firm will be an advanatage
