Portfolio Manager - Fixed Income

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and financial analysis, identifying opportunities that meet the company's investment objectives

Develop and implement investment strategies, manage asset portfolios to maximize returns while controlling risk

Continuously monitor economic and market trends and actively adjust investment positions and strategies based on market changes

Conduct cross-asset class asset allocation and management, mainly focusing on the selection of fixed income products, but also covering stocks, bonds, alternative investments (such as private equity) and cash flow management

Familiar with common private banking and wealth management products

Select external equity managers and fund managers, and continuously monitor their performance, investment style and philosophy

Design and implement customized investment strategies based on predetermined risk preferences, financial goals, and market conditions

Prepare investment reports and briefings for high-level management to propose and explain

Master industry regulations, compliance requirements, and the development dynamics of emerging investment products and tools

Requirements:

Have at least three years of experience in fixed income investment research or a related field

Applicants with a background in private banking, investment banking or wealth management are particularly suitable, as they need to have in-depth knowledge and successful case studies of direct investment

Have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to work independently under pressure and time constraints

In-depth understanding of the fixed income market, including strategy analysis, ETFs and individual stock analysis

Those with experience in fund of funds operations are preferred, those with CFA certification are given priority
