Job Description
Part-time online editor
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily update and maintenance of the company's official website, social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and electronic communications (such as Newsletter), including text writing, image screening, layout editing and upload and publication.
- Based on the center's courses and target audience, plan and execute thematic online content, such as special articles, event reports, course introductions, user stories, etc., to enhance reader engagement and platform interaction rate.
- Monitor content performance data (such as click-through rate, share count, comment interaction, and dwell time), regularly compile and analyze reports, and propose optimization suggestions and coordinate with the team to adjust the content strategy.
- In line with market promotion activities and seasonal events, quickly produce short and impactful copy, headlines and social media posts to ensure accurate information, appropriate tone, and compliance with local language habits (Cantonese and written language equally important).
Work requirements
- Have good Chinese writing skills, be able to fluently use Cantonese and standard written language to write articles, have sensitive language awareness, precise word choice, and be familiar with online contexts and young people's expression habits.
- Have basic knowledge and interest in early childhood education, be able to independently collect data, integrate information and transform it into easy-to-understand and attractive content.
- Familiar with mainstream social platform operation logic and content characteristics, understand basic SEO concepts and network propagation rules; those who have experience in using Content Management System (CMS), Canva or simple graphic editing tools are preferred.
- Have basic time management skills, be able to deliver quality and stable manuscripts on time under part-time flexible work hours; be able to accept appropriate modification suggestions, sense of responsibility and team collaboration awareness.
- Education is not limited, welcome fresh graduates, on-the-job training professionals or freelancers to apply; those with network editing, media internship, campus media or blog operation experience will be given priority.
