Job Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.

• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format

• Working as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy 24/7 department that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.

• Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects

• Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.

• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.

• Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.

• Organize work effectively to ensure deadlines are met

• Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business objectives

• Ensure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teams

• Escalate any staff or client issues in a timely manner

• Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use

• Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them on client requirements, if needed

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years in the field of creative services in a corporate, client service environment; ideally in a financial institution

• Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree

• Advanced knowledge (work experience of at least 4 years) of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)

• Advanced knowledge (work experience of at least 4 years) of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

• Understanding of foundational GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC apps

• Proficiency in reading and typing Chinese (Must) - proficient in Simplified Chinese (a plus)

• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) skills (Must)

• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances require

• Use the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to assist in the preparation of tender documents, and provide strategic and visual solutions to enhance the customer's existing content

• Directly communicate with high-level customers, deeply understand their business needs and presentation goals, and translate abstract concepts into precise and consistent visual language

• Strictly follow the company's brand guidelines, design instructions and project presentation requirements; ensure 100% compliance with established standards and accuracy of details in the absence of special instructions

• Proactively propose creative ideas and industry trends (including the application of generative AI tools), support team innovation and business development goals

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years of enterprise-level creative service experience, must have a customer-oriented environment (financial institutions are preferred) practical background

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud full series of design software (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional), with more than 4 years of practical application experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with more than 4 years of workplace application experience
