Role Overview

As a Java development engineer in the compliance center of the risk control team, you will be responsible for building a compliance infrastructure to support the company's global business. Implement anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), transaction monitoring and automated regulatory reporting through technical means to ensure business operations within the legal and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform development: Design and develop compliance platform core functions, including a general rule engine, blacklisting monitoring, and compliance workflow system.

• Data integration: Process massive business data, integrate with internal and external compliant data sources, and achieve efficient data cleaning and feature extraction.

• Compliance Automation: Develop an automated reporting tool to convert complex legal and compliance requirements into executable system logic.

• Stability maintenance: Ensure high availability and data accuracy of compliance systems, supporting strict audit trail requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Solid Java foundation, familiar with Spring Cloud / Spring Boot ecosystem, and with backend and middle-end system architecture experience.

• Rule engine: Familiar with common rule engines (such asDrools, Esper） or have experience in developing complex logic configuration systems.

• Big data processing: Proficient in usingFlink, Spark Or distributed scheduling framework, able to handle large-scale real-time/offline data.

• Database: Familiar with MySQL and Elasticsearch or MongoDB, with excellent data modeling abilities.

• * HaveAML/KYC Or digital asset compliance system background.

• Familiar with graph databases (such as Neo4j) for relationship network analysis.

• Have experience in handling cross-time zone, multi-language compliance business logic.
