Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-net-worth client portfolios through proactive relationship management, financial needs analysis, and customized wealth solutions.

• Provide comprehensive private banking services including investment advisory, credit facilities, estate planning, tax-efficient structuring, and cross-border wealth management.

• Collaborate with internal teams—such as investment specialists, legal advisors, and trust professionals—to deliver integrated financial strategies aligned with clients』 long-term objectives.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth by introducing relevant banking products, insurance solutions, and discretionary portfolio management services.

• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, AML/KYC protocols, and internal compliance standards while maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, CFP) are highly preferred.

• 5–10 years of proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or premium retail banking within reputable financial institutions, preferably in Hong Kong or Greater China.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse clientele and stakeholders across regional markets.

• Strong understanding of local and international financial regulations, investment products, asset allocation frameworks, and taxation principles applicable to high-net-worth individuals.

• Hong Kong permanent residency or eligibility under recognized immigration schemes such as Top Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG, or dependent visa; sponsorship support available for qualified candidates requiring employer-provided work visas.

• Competitive base salary ranging from HKD 75,000 to HKD 120,000 per month, complemented by a performance-based commission structure offering significant earnings potential.
