Our client is a wealthy family Hong Kong. They are looking for a calm, observant, and proactive security professional to join the private VIP protection team for the children in Hong Kong. Former police officers are strongly encouraged to apply.

About This Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide close protection (pedestrian, vehicular, and location) for their families.

• Pre-mission preparation: Route planning, threat assessment, and emergency evacuation plan.

• Drive a secure vehicle (armored or discreet vehicle) if needed

• Implement surveillance, communication, and access control systems.

• Prioritize verbal communication to de-escalate conflicts; physical intervention should be used only as a last resort.

• Coordinate with law enforcement and family members as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a full-time police officer (Deputy Sergeant/Officer/Federal Agent) for at least 3 years, with honorable retirement.

• Possess a valid security personnel license (or be able to obtain one within 30 days).

• Possess a valid CPR/AED and first aid certificate.

• Possess a valid driver's license would be an advantage

• No criminal record is a must

• Possess patience and gentleness when interacting with children.

Work Arrangement

• Fixed post (Residential) + mobile duty

• Business travel may be required.
