Requirements:

• Diploma in Legal Studies

• 6 years’ or above experience in handling probate work, EPOA and Mental Health cases

• Applicants with more relevant experience in probate field and can work with minimal supervision will be an advantage

• Preparing court / legal documents, coordinate with registries, clients and other parties

• Experienced in handling different types of probate documents, filing and service of court documents, familiar with probate procedures and process

• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and can work in a team

• Good command in both English and Chinese languages, proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
