Job Responsibilities:

1.Procurement Execution: Execute the procurement of hardware and infrastructure for AI Data Centers (AIDC), including GPU/NPU servers, network equipment, liquid cooling systems, etc.

2.Supplier Management: Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and management; assist with inquiries (RFQ), price comparisons, contract negotiation, and delivery tracking.

3.Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to finalize key component selection, conduct cost analysis, and execute purchasing to ensure on-time project delivery.

4.Logistics & Supply Chain: Monitor global supply chain and logistics progress; coordinate cross-border transportation, customs affairs, and clearance procedures.

5.Process & Payment Support: Support the signing of procurement-related agreements and handle internal approval processes; coordinate financial payment confirmations and maintain communication with external suppliers.

Job Requirements:

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

2. Experience: 3+ year of experience in hardware or data center equipment procurement; familiarity with products related to GPU/AI computing clusters.

3.Knowledge: Familiar with procurement processes, contract terms, and international logistics workflows; prior experience with cross-border projects is preferred.

4.Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills; capable of independently interfacing with internal teams and external partners.

5.Language & Travel: Proficient in English as a working language; willing to travel internationally as required.
