Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the development and productization of AI solutions. As a core leader of the team, you will guide the design, development, and optimization of innovative AI products, driving the end-to-end process from concept to implementation. We expect you to leverage your technical expertise and leadership to help the team achieve product goals and maintain competitiveness in the fast-evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Product Development

   • Design, develop, and optimize AI products.

   • Stay updated with AI trends and explore cutting-edge algorithms and tools to enhance product performance and user experience.

   • Lead technical architecture design to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems.

2. Product Management & Collaboration

   • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and delivery goals.

   • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from prototyping to large-scale deployment, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

   • Continuously iterate and optimize product features and performance through data analysis and user feedback.

3. Team Leadership & Mentoring

   • Lead a team of engineers (including mentoring, task allocation, and code reviews) to enhance overall technical capabilities.

   • Establish efficient technical processes and development standards to ensure code quality and project progress.

   • Foster a culture of innovation and encourage technical exploration and knowledge sharing.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, operations, data science, and other departments to promote the implementation and application of AI technologies in real-world scenarios.

• Assist in formulating technical strategies and provide technical insights for business decisions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in AI/machine learning development, with at least 3 years in team management or technical leadership.

3. Proficiency in AI development languages and frameworks such as Python, GO, PyTorch, etc.

4. Hands-on experience in end-to-end AI product development, from data preprocessing and model training to deployment.

5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively and articulate complex technical concepts.
