Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our B2B SaaS platform, with a focus on Korean-speaking markets.

This role sits at the intersection of product, business strategy, and client needs. You will be responsible for defining product direction, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensuring the platform continues to deliver strong value to global B2B clients.

You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and client-facing teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and manage product roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals

• Identify new product features and enhancements based on market demand

• Prioritize initiatives based on impact (client value, revenue, scalability)

2. Client & Market Understanding

• Gather and analyze feedback from B2B clients (especially Korean-speaking clients)

• Translate business needs into product requirements

• Identify product gaps and propose solutions to improve user experience

3. Cross-functional Execution

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features

• Define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications

• Ensure smooth execution from concept to launch

4. Performance & Optimization

• Monitor product performance and key metrics

• Continuously optimize features to improve user engagement and retention

• Support product-led growth initiatives

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and Chinese (both written and spoken)

• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager (SaaS or platform preferred)

• Strong understanding of B2B products and client-driven development

• Experience working closely with engineering teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

• Willingness to relocate to Japan (full support provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, gaming, fintech, or digital platform environments

• Experience handling both B2B and B2C user flows

• Familiarity with data-driven product decisions (metrics, A/B testing)

• Experience working in international or cross-border teams
