Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end product development process, including new product ideation, enhancement, revamp, and ongoing product lifecycle management.

• Develop and refine healthcare and digital health propositions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to generate insights, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making.

• Oversee the creation of product proposition materials, including training decks, communication content, copywriting, design direction, and production management.

• Manage external creative, design, and production agencies, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality output.

• Plan and execute product marketing campaigns, from concept development to implementation, to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

• Monitor and analyse sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimise commercial results.

• Deliver product training for internal teams and partners when required.

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate new business tactics into product development, launches, and proposition initiatives.

• Strengthen partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to enhance product value propositions and support joint commercial initiatives.

• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or communications; experience in healthcare, medical services, or wellness industry is an advantage.

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Excellent communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working with stakeholders across different levels.
