As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a production team to ensure daily production schedules and targets are met.
• Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of production and quality systems.
• Collecting and analyzing production data to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
• Providing training, guidance, and technical support to production staff.
• Ensuring adherence to hygiene standards and 5S principles in the production area.

• Diploma or above in Food Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ISO22000, HACCP, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong self-motivation, flexibility, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
