*Job Description:*

We are a Hong Kong-based educational institution specializing in Phonics education. We are currently seeking an Program Coordinator with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team at our Hong Kong location.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

- Assisting with course registration, course management, and class scheduling.

- Participating in program marketing and promotion.

- Preparing course materials.

- Assisting in the marketing and promotion of the Company, including addressing inquiries from existing or potential customers.

- Cleaning and tidying the Company’s premises.

*Requirements:*

- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.

- At least a university diploma or higher.

- Proficient in using office software.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
