<p><strong>Travel to US</strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Assist in conducting project research, data organization, on-site plot inspections, coordination with real estate agencies and upstream/downstream enterprises, and follow up on daily cooperation matters.</p><p>• Participate in the preliminary preparation of business negotiations, synchronize work progress, and support the completion of project resource development-related tasks.</p><p>• Assist in coordinating with the Development Department Manager to provide technical demand materials related to project research.</p><p>• Organize research data and reports to support the manager in formulating resource development strategies.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Resource Management, Project Coordination or related fields.</p><p>• Relevant project coordination experience; candidates with local work or study experience in Texas, USA will be preferred.</p><p>• Competencies: Fluent in English, able to communicate with local institutions and enterprises without obstacles. Strong data analysis skills.</p><p>• Strong communication, execution and attention to detail.</p>
