Responsibilities Description:

· Responsible for providing professional investment decision support to customers, responsible for technical consultation and project delivery, and timely solving customers’ difficult problems in resource evaluation, cost calculation, compliance risk control, etc., significantly improving customers’ professional trust and cooperation satisfaction with Hongguang’s high-end consulting services.

·Coordinate and communicate between Hong Kong companies and Chinese mainland and Peruvian business partners, including email, telephone, meeting arrangements and project follow-up, to ensure information flow and smooth progress of the project.

·Prepare and review trade-related consultation documents, project reports, investment proposals and contracts to support customer decision-making processes.

·Assist in handling administrative support matters in project delivery, such as document sorting, archiving, translation and external liaison.

·Monitor project progress, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure high-quality consulting services are delivered efficiently.

·Assist in arranging customer meetings and internal meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting content and follow up on subsequent actions.

·Provide general project support to ensure team operations run smoothly and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, international trade, mineral resources, business consulting or related fields;

·Have good communication and expression skills, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and good English ability is preferred;

·1-2 years of relevant work experience (such as consulting, trade support, project coordination) is preferred, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply;

·Preference will be given to those with an interest or basic understanding of the non-ferrous metals industry or resource investment field.
