Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for building the company's offline sales team and achieving the sales targets assigned by the company.

2. Develop sales plans and strategies, establish and expand broader offline sales channels, and promote the platform's brand awareness.

3. Responsible for formulating the company's offline marketing activity plans and strategies, writing proposals, and driving the implementation and execution of activities.

4. Collaborate with the team to complete the planning, preliminary preparations, onsite promotion, and postevent summary of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with preference given to top performers and those with extensive field promotion experience.

2. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly demeanor.

3. Possess certain market analysis and judgment capabilities, along with a strong customer service mindset.

4. Experience in the internet industry or a proven track record of outstanding promotion performance is preferred.

5. Excellent event planning and execution skills.
