Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and property management administration for projects in Mainland China;
• Work and communicate closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations;
• Provide administrative support to the team i.e. organize and maintain project data, prepare meeting materials and reports;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leasing and/or property management;
• Leasing/property management experiences in Mainland China is preferred;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing & Property Officer.
