Key Responsibilities

  • Forge robust partnerships with local and international agents to expand business networks and drive property sales.
  • Strategize and execute engaging events, seminars, and webinars to boost sales pipelines and brand visibility.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets to contribute to company growth.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns with proactive problem-solving and exceptional service.
  • Occasionally work weekends to support events or client engagements.
  • Undertake business travel as needed to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or above, ideally in Property, Real Estate, or a related field, with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (overseas real estate experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with sales channels and business partners.
  • Strong negotiation skills, adept at overcoming objections and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Uncompromising integrity and a commitment to upholding a stellar reputation in the market.
  • Results-oriented mindset with exceptional self-discipline and a passion for achieving goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in crafting and delivering compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Business Development Manager – International Property Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish solid cooperative relationships with local and international agents, expand business networks and promote property sales.
  • Plan and execute attractive activities, seminars and online seminars to enhance sales channels and brand exposure.
  • Coordinate the entire sales process, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Continuously achieve and surpass challenging sales targets, helping to drive business growth for the company.
  • Actively respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service with a proactive attitude to solve problems.
  • Support activities or customer negotiations by working on weekends as needed.
  • Travel to strengthen partner relationships and explore new opportunities in response to business needs.

Work requirements

  • Holding real estate, property or related field diplomas or above academic qualifications, with at least two years of B2B sales experience (with overseas real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain solid relationships with sales channels and business partners.
  • Have excellent negotiation skills, be able to effectively respond to opposing opinions and resolve conflicts.
  • Adhere to the principle of integrity and strive to establish a good reputation in the market.
  • Results-oriented, highly self-disciplined, and passionate about achieving goals.
  • Have strategic thinking, good at identifying and grasping new business opportunities.
  • Able to write and present persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and demonstration content.
  • Able to complete tasks independently or collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with good oral and written expression skills.
